You may get stuck in a loop while Windows Update is installing the Security Intelligence update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus – KB2267602 (Version 1.375.1243.0). It will keep starting over again at 0% and reaching 100% then repeating in a loop.
If this happens, try pressing the option “Pause updates for 7 days.”
Wait for a few seconds, then resume updating. This will probably resolve the problem of the update looping.
