Iowa City Tech offers Data Recovery services to address the scenarios shown below. Each situation is different. Contact us using the form below to arrange an assessment. Please make arrangements for a drop-off of your drive and provide an additional new empty drive to restore the files to. Thanks.

URGENCY – How soon do you need to have the recovered files?

COMMENTS – Include any details about the files and data you hope to recover.

ADDRESS – Please provide your mailing address (street, city, state, zip).

DRIVE TYPE – Please describe your drive type (internal, external, flash drive, SD card, etc.)

CAPACITY – What is the total storage capacity of your drive? How much space is used up by files?

BUDGET – Please provide your budget for us to work within. This will help us know how much effort to put into the recovery, and what is recommended.

SYSTEM – Is the drive used for Windows or Apple? Or both? Perhaps it is from a camera or other device? Please describe.

DATA TYPE – What types of documents or files are on the drive? Photos? Videos? How many?
