Problem Description
The Velocifire mechanical keyboard for Mac, model M87, may display the initial power-on lights and then not provide the normal backlight feature. This may be an issue on other models as well.
Backlight Brightness
Pressing the fn key (bottom row on right below shift) and using the arrow up and down keys should adjust the brightness of backlighting for the keyboard.
Fix Backlight Issue
If this stops working and there is no backlighting, try pressing esc (the escape key top left of keyboard) and the fn key (bottom row on right below shift).
This key combination of esc+fn may restore the backlighting function.
